Everyone is struggling with the same thing. Let's reinvent leadership development, together!
After speaking to more than 100 people in HR and people functions, we have yet to meet a company where a majority of leaders exhibit the necessary behaviors for a learning or high-performance culture.
That has to change.
So we decided to create a Hackathon to reinvent leadership development - together. And we want you there with us! Join your peers of CHROs and VPs or Directors of Leadership Development, on Wednesday, September 4, at 08.30 at Norrsken House. Right now we have CHROs and VPs of Leadership Development from Munters, ICA Gruppen, Rejlers, Tobii, Skanska, Ericsson, Hemfrid, Securitas Group, Husqvarna Group, Scandic Hotels, LYKO, Ambea, Webhelp, Nobia, Green Cargo, Knowit, PwC Sweden, Biotage, Northvolt, Kjell & Company, Telenor, Autoliv, Bossard Group and many more.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- Your most important "Job to be Done" is to create a learning or high-performance culture
- Given this, leadership is your most important priority
- You have implemented several different initiatives
- But despite your best efforts, most of your leaders do not exhibit the necessary leadership behaviors
If this is true for you, you should not miss out on this event.
What to expect:
- Insights: Get inspired of what's possible with today's technologies from Svante Randler, Daniel Hjelte from Accenture and Sana Labs
- Hackathon: Work together in groups of four to five peers, to co-create the most effective leadership development system ever created.
- Award: The excellent jury (including Katarina Berg CHRO at Spotify, Katarina Roddar, CHRO at PwC, and Anne Wolf will choose the best proposal.
- Healthy Cuisine: Enjoy an array of delicious and nutritious dishes curated by Doktor Mat, perfect for high energy discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
Please RSVP as soon as possible, as the spaces are limited and a lot of people want to join. There is no cost for you to participate, but given the limited seats there is a "late cancellation" fee of SEK 500 if you cancel after the 27th of August.
Warm welcome,
Magnus and Max
